We hope you love your purchase from Cuckoo Fashion. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please review our policy below before making a return or refund request.
1. Eligibility for Refunds (Online Orders Only)
You may request a refund if:

The return is initiated within 14 days of delivery

The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags

You provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt)
2. Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

Custom-made or tailored items

Sale or clearance items

Accessories, including jewellery, bindis, etc.

Note: Items purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged in-store.
3. Requesting a Refund
To start a return:

Email us at customerservice@cuckoofashion.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order Include your order number, item name, and reason for return Wait for approval and return instructions before shipping the item
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

We recommend a trackable shipping service, we are not responsible for lost parcels
5. Processing Your Refund
Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days

Shipping charges are non-refundable
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Include photos of the issue

We will arrange a replacement, refund, or credit as appropriate
