Europe (Selected countries)

2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Custom or pre-order items may require additional processing time. You will be notified of any delays.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery after dispatch:

UK: 3–7 working days

Europe: 5–10 working days

Please note that delivery times are approximate and may vary due to courier delays or customs processing.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Free UK shipping may apply on qualifying orders (see banner or checkout for current offers).

All customs duties or import fees (for EU orders) are the buyer’s responsibility.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can monitor your delivery status directly with the courier.
6. Delivery Issues
If your parcel is delayed, please contact us and we’ll assist in tracking it down.

If an item is marked as delivered but not received, please check with neighbors or local couriers first.

Undeliverable or unclaimed parcels may be returned to us, in such cases, re-delivery fees may apply.
7. In-Store Pickup
We currently do not offer in-store pickup for online orders. Online purchases must be shipped and cannot be exchanged or returned at our retail shop.
