3. Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery on eligible items.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Custom-made or sale items are non-returnable.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Inspect your items upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
6. Product Accuracy
We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, due to differences in screens and handmade detailing, minor variations in color, embroidery, or finish may occur.
